Anyone know of a good detail shop that can do a full detail for a decent price. Thank you very much for your time.

 

I hope it's not for your S! No commercials car washes -- it's bad for the seals. I like a place in Eagle Rock at Colorado and Figueroa called JJ's. If you ask they can wash your car with a hose (which the S can handle ). A few years ago it was $12 for a wash so it's probably $20 - $30 for a wax job. A bit more than average but one guy does the whole job and the attention to detail is top notch. They even blow out all the seams with an air gun (but tell them not to do it on the convertible top).

Yup. My neighbours had good experience with them. I've never taken my NSX there yet, though. Problem with car washes is that they dry the car with crappy towels that causes major swirl marks on black cars. In terms of hand wash/detailer, my coworker uses this guy (G35 coupe) below. Super Super good job. Nothing but the best materials and all by hand by himself. I'm going to try it out one of these days.
