I think I got about 20-25 or so to send. I had a friend who had the same disease since age 1....tough deal.

Let's make sure he wins.

For those who want to meet up and put something together, how about Top Down meet next week Friday? I'm too busy to start a new meet or to go to the other meets. Unless someone wants to organize the meet themselves. I'll try to be there. In the end, let's just help this kid reach his goal
yea I cant make it to Topdown so if someone would be down to have a meet before thatd be cool. I dunno lets see what happens I have my cards ready though.

My cards are in the mail.

I've got a soft spot for kids who are suffering from disease. One of my friends got leukemia when we were growing up. He got a bone marrow transplant and the cancer went into remission. However, the cancer came back and he later died. I'm sure that many of you have witnessed the same thing too.

I've been collecting cards the last two days, I probably have something over 200 cards that I'll be sending...I think I can get a few more and I should have a few more random ones at home.

I guess both the Topdown and SFV crew will collect on different days. We should get two people that will be in charge of holding the cards and tallying them up to see how we did. Friendly competition between the two

One of my in-laws works as a nurse in a local Vegas hospital, she was part of a group that helped to collect over 1500 cards for Brandon. Anyway, pretty cool if that's what he wants.

hey if you go to red robin and other restruants like tacos del mar and chillies and so on they have jars full of buisness cards like 200 per jar. i say we ask them if we can have them after they are done with this months drawing and tell them what its for and maybe they will give them to us
