And great fun was had by all!
Well, ok, the guys who got ticketed for no front plate might have had a few minutes of unfun, but otherwise it was a great run.

Hopefully the guys will pipe in with more info, but it wasn't at the Snake. We broke into 3 groups and the ones who got ticketed for front plate were not in my group. Just the luck of the draw.
We do everything we can to make the updates very obvious. We did post a whole bunch about it. We even had several back and forths when a couple of people got confused and we clarified multiple times in bold print. LOL!
I didn't take a lot of pictures, but here are a few.
Now, have you ever wondered what it would look like if you saw someone "cutting a caper?" Well, here ya go! (this first pic will only be available a week and then I'm pulling it since it's just a silly whim and really not about the drive -- but those who were there will know why I have uploaded it)

So yeah, great day, weather was so perfect, and things went pretty darn smoothly. And once again, I want to thank the volunteers who lead the groups and for the great cooperation of everyone who attends. Working together like this, we all end up having a great day. Thanks for keeping it safe!
LE presence was a little bit up, but it's summer time so that isn't such a big surprise.
For next event, at the meet up point, let's all park backed into the spots in the Ralph's lot with our tails towards PCH and noses toward the store. It will make roll-out a little easier when we go.
Now if I can just find a way to remember people's names. I just sooooo suck at that and it's always an embarrassment. I've tried all the tricks and my brain just laughs at all my attempts.
