LOL!!!
I have to tell ya though, we *did* have at least one person show up at the old meet point last month and another person who was quite late and who I think said he didn't get the new meet up time. And then others just slept through it all... (those slackers!)

Good thing. Because I have no qualms about telling people to cool that sh!t out or take off. And I'm not the only one either.
We have a great time out there and it's a lot of fun so long as everyone keeps it on the right side of the road and nobody does anything stupid.
Rule #1 from the Safety Nazis speech: Don't be stupid!
I shall take this opportunity to make a Public Service Announcement:
If anyone thinks I'm being a bit much when I remind the group to leave plenty of "oh sh!t" room when driving the canyons, just watch a few of the rnickeymouse videos of motorcyclists (and cars) in the Snake on Mulholland. Pay particular attention to the crash compilations. Those crashes happen *every* weekend on all of the canyon roads, not just at the Snake. Note how many of those send a rider or his bike into the oncoming lane. Then just imagine what it would be like with a car coming the other way at full tilt boogie and no room to stop or react.

Stuff can and does go wrong out there, so it's best to be prepared for it.
