There's an art and learning curve to learning to use a good detector such as the 9500xi. Theres also knowing how to and where to speed so the fat boys cant pull you over and steal money from you. Its hard to get any speed in there cause there are just too many places they can hide and not give you the time to react.

We'll keep an eye on the forecast. Weather being such a freaking predictable thing like it is... LOL! Decision is more up to you and Alan since I'm gonna be a spectator/passenger even if the weather agrees with us this weekend.

We can FB PM tomorrow and decide. Might be worth postponing but that of course depends on yours and Alan's schedules.

So Alan, Paul and I pow-wowed on it and we've decided the prudent decision is to postpone. It's supposed to be on and off rain for the next several days. Soooo....

January drive postponed due to rain.

New date -- Feb 3. If it rains Feb 3, we skip to the next already schedule date.

Is it Superbowl Sunday this Sunday?

*sigh* Yes, it is. Now, I know that means some folks may feel conflicted and since Super Bowl only happens once a year while the EOM drive happens nearly every month, some folks might be disinclined to attend the drive. I totally understand. And, truth be told, it dawned on me that A LOT of people who would normally be headed to the Snake on a lovely Sunday morning might also feel the way I just mentioned because of the aforementioned game.

And I pondered that a few moments...

And suddenly, I decided I was totally okay with the drive being on Super Bowl Sunday.
