Thanks for sharing the pics and thanks for the great comments about our drive. You should see what it's like when it isn't raining.

Yeah, when the weather is on our side, the drive is of course much better. You only got to see about 1/4 of what we normally do and you missed Jay Leno. Good news is we do this last Sunday of every month and we have a pretty good track record of getting lucky and catching Jay when he brings out his vehicles.

I've been on the drive a few times already. I am rather quiet and reserved (I talk/type for a living lol) which is probably why you don't know who I am.
My wife and I have met Jay a few times over the years, real cool guy.

A bit of mist up at the Snake Overlook. But then there was some light rain on Latigo. Latigo is challenging enough, but when you add water, it can become a pretty lethal concoction. I had hoped the rain would let up during lunch, but we weren't that lucky. Most called it a day at that point and I was seriously considering that too. The slower cruise was nice though. The fog had me outright laughing at one point.

When Alan stopped at the Stunt/Saddlepeak Overlook, I said my goodbyes and continued on. I had to find a restroom (and rain everywhere!) and I can't hide behind an umbrella for that. Lol!

I hope Ivan caught up with the group eventually.
