Everyone sounds so excited! Nice. Realizing it's only the 19th and you've got 8.5 days before the drive, you all are going to be bouncing off of walls if you don't sneak in an early fix before then. :-D I may have to roll out the *super* safety nazi speech next weekend. I joke, I joke!
Cargo: very cool about the corner balancing. Bummer about the GoPro wifi. I know having that remote made things so much easier for you to save on battery power.

Looks like it will be awesome run.
I'm finally done with my fender and bumper. Jezz, took me almost two months or so.
It was pain in the ass to install High Performance Drive Shaft, but it's done as well. Also, Hassport Diff Mounts, Eibach Front and Rear Sway Bars... all set. I need to test it, hope I'll find someone to cover me on Sunday...

But will try to go anyway on Sunday

I think if your goal is to pattern your driving after mine, you are setting the bar far too low.
Don't panic. You have an entire week to get it sorted out. Safety first. If whatever it's doing makes the car difficult to drive, you need to get that handled before you drive. Believe me, you don't want an ill-handling vehicle while heading down either Latigo or Tuna. Latigo more-so since one portion of it has so many rough spots that seem to jump up and get people's attention in a rather negative way.

Hello all,
My name is James and living in the Bay Area. Currently i'm down in San Diego near the gaslamp area visiting. Just wondering if anyone down here in this area is heading up to EOM Santa Monica Drive. I'm interested and would love to join in if possible. I'm always up for a drive. SD is about what? 2.5 hours from Santa Monica?
