Drive was good. A little bad luck on traffic in the second part of the drive, but that's how it goes sometimes.

LE was definitely making a show of it out there today. One was parked right where they snagged me last year (I've noticed them hanging around there a lot lately) on Mulholland between Kanan and Encinal right before you hit Kanan. It's right at the bottom of that long downhill straight. And they were out patrolling quite a bit. Heading out to lunch from from Latigo when we did was the best thing we could do because I think the cop that showed up and was hanging around would have started giving tickets for front license plates if we had hung around any longer.

I've got what I think is some great footage out the back of my car (had the DVR pointed backwards today) but, um, I gotta figure out how to flip the image since the only way I could mount it in the car was upside down. I know it's doable; I just have to find the software.

I am remiss in saying thank you to everyone who attended! You guys are all totally stand-up folks and I really do enjoy driving with you all. Thanks for coming out, driving safe and fast, and making these EOMs everything I could hope for in a group drive.

Okay, back to my relaxing Sunday evening .

Gah! Missed this because my mechanic got the wrong part for fixing my a/c and needed to keep the car til Monday to finish the job. Sucks, but hopefully I can make it out to the next one.
