I'll roll if I'm not solo.
Not to change the subject, but what's up with that? Is this like the male equivalent to women going to the bathroom together? Ya gotta roll with a posse or something in case you end up in a stall with no TP?
Hahah. What a question. No. I would just rather trek out there with a few other s2ks. It's a lot more fun to drive 30 minutes with a few other cars.

Plus rolling there with more than one s2k seems proper.

I often see young Miata drivers with their girlfriend in the car. Says something right? I wouldn't want to be alone in one.

This isn't about to turn into a Miata-bashing discussion, is it?

Really? Were you there? You made the drive all the way from south OC to go? Wow. Quite a long drive for you. Did you leave at like 3 in the afternoon or something to get there in time considering the rush hour traffic and all?

News seems to indicate it has not been shut down. Multiple stations with separate video feeds (live and taped) are indicating that things have been peaceful. Yes, there are reports of a LOT of traffic because of all the cars that were trying to get into the area and because of the freeway exit closures trying to stay on top of the influx, but no arrests. One of my friends went by with a few of her friends, but it was so heavily subscribed that they opted to leave and grab dinner in nearby Glendale.

*shrugs* A small part of me is regretting not driving through.

News is currently reporting LE will start clearing the lot at about 10:30 or so.

Bad information I suppose. I saw a few local car groups on facebook posting that it got "shut down" I'm out of state, so I didn't go. But you know, information can be unreliable.

edit: I wouldn't drive this far for a meet anyways.
