IMO, I don't think anything is going to happen. Since the Armistice, the Koreas have been in a perpetual game of chicken, but neither side has any desire of losing or winning (especially South Korea). I feel that NK is just trying to test the lines even further now, because deep down, KJI knows that if he provoked a full scale invasion, he wouldn't last a week.
Someone else touched on this--China AND Japan both desperately want to maintain the status quo as any form of conflict will destabilize and cripple the entire region, so both countries will pressure the US to step in to maintain order. And SK does not want a conflict for the same reason too.
Reigniting the war is a lose-lose for everyone.
My hatred for KJI is similar to that of Hitler and maybe even more since it is a little more personal for me. But as much as I'd love to see KJI get a bullet to the head, I realize that there's too much at stake.
*edit* Page 3 needs Juanikun to chime in.

We were so close to unite two countries to one when Kim Il Sung was the leader before he passed away...

He's already had a stroke so one wonders what happens after he croaks.
