konis and spring install
I am planning to buy konis and springs from another member on the boards, but i want to know what is expected from the install... i heard somewhere that drilling is involved? not looking forward to that, i might as well wait till i have enough money for coilovers.
we were planning on trading suspensions, stock +cash for konis and springs, I already an extra suspension out that i was going to replace my worn out set thats on my car till this deal came around.
any info?
thanks

The bushings need to be drilled. The shock piston on the koni is thicker than OEM. 10MM to be exact. Not sure if you can find that size drill though. MM to inches conversion should help you find the closest drill bit. I forgot what size I used when I ran the koni setup. Good luck
