I don't see what the cop can really get him for unless he had his radar gun out. That's a damn short stretch to catch him on though.

Clearly he fell BECAUSE the cop was parked there.

thats pretty funny. i doubt the cop gave him a ticket.. unless the camera was in a patrol chopper and they were watching the mountain. hilarious tho.
