I place ads weekly in national motorcycle magazines, I know alllllll about how the bribe game works with them all. Magazine reviews are pretty much... a joke.

I got owned? did you really just use that??
I have nothing on my car that's K&N.
So stop your fan-boy BS about how I'm diehard.
You're complaining about a high-flow filter being high flow. no one said that K&N blocks the most dust.... that would defeat high-flow

I would bet my foam filter outflows the K&N and has half the particular matter pass-by.
There is a such thing as superior. For example a coffee filter vs the stock filter, both catch dirt, one flows better. They are related but not constants.
SOOOOOOO in the end, the data shows the simple facts, K&N is a terrible choice for a street car or something that will have a lot of mileage put on it. Especially in an area with fine dust like SoCal.
