So a buddy of mine purchased a certified used acura TL from Santa Monica Acura, a few days later he shown me the car because it was making some strange noise.

I go thru the basic and check out all the stuff under the hood, to our surprise the 125 points inspection was done without even checking much of anything.

-the clutch master cylinder is below LOW line
-Water reservoir is half empty
-brake fluid master cylinder is half empty
-power steering fluid needs to top off
-shiftfork is bent

after much cussing he drove it back for the warranty claim, they took apart the tranny and throw on a new fork and gotten him a new oem exhaust because it was banged up while they had the car in before.

all thing seem fine until the trans starting to acts up after a week or so, he took it in to another dealer and according to the tech they found out that the previous job was done half arse'd(something about lubes)

As much as i like honda/acura i can't say the same about the dealer service, i personally gotten much better service at a toyota dealer for free recall fix.
