Jury Duty Sucks
Just had to vent. Forgot that I was supposed to call in last night to see if I had to go in today. Called in this morning and luckily I didn't. Hopefully when I call in tomorrow I'll get the same results. What a waste of time

I actually enjoyed jury duty when I did it 6 months ago... then again, I hated my old job so being able to sit on a jury for a week from 9:30-4 everyday with hour and a half lunches was like a vacation for me.

I hate my job too, but work still needs to get done and they don't take jury duty as an excuse

I went and served a few months ago. commuted for 4 days from Huntington to downtown LA. Thank god for a bike.
When they interview you, just act really unstable. Like you don't speak english and shit. Just bust out in tagalug (sp??)
