Ok i cancled my trip to columbus ohio to make this run.....now what the hell do i need to do? I will bring cash to help with the cost of the BBQ. Also, if anyone is interested I will bring an extra 2-way radio.

With this many rsvps, it really is important to really show or update any cancellations. This will help Raptor and others better plan the food; that's why the money is needed, and better if by mail, but please make this a fun time by showing up and having the cash in hand. This will assure food for EVERYONE, without buying more food than will be needed, and being out the money for food not needed, etc.
