Next month we are going to do Angeles Crest Highway all the way to the end. ( I believe it ends in Wrightwood) I know we do the monthly runs on the first Sunday of the month, but I can't make it that weekend so I want to change it to the 2nd Sunday, if that is alright with everyone else. I have never done this drive, but I heard it is great!!

Like last months run any input is great. We need to find a place to meet (uhmmm Raptor,s maybe) and choose a place to have lunch.

Maybe we will get 25 cars this time.

The Raptor

I can't do Sunday 6/9. I'll be in Puerto Vallarta to see and shoot the eclipse of the sun on Monday 6/10. How about Saturday 6/15? (Sunday is Father's Day.) I'll be happy to host again at my house. It's kind of ideally located for Angeles Crest.

If we are going to BBQ at raptor's house we should start at Wrightwood and end up at Raptors house. That crest run will take some time.

Also, if this is really going to turn into another BBQ at Raptor's, we should definitely PAY him for it this time. He's been hosting a lot of them lately and I don't want him to come out on the losing end all the time.

I agree. I also think that the BBQ should be set up prior to the run. No pot luck, unless it's done well in advance.

I'll be happy to host a BBQ again, but we need to figure out a potluck signup sheet or a charge per head. I spent $200 on first BBQ and got back 0. I spent $200 on second BBQ, Katy took up a collection, and I got $69.

If people bring food, we can start at my house, go up Angeles Crest in early AM, and take the freeways back to my house.

Tan, if you can make it, do Korean BBQ again. That was delicious.
