Default Job position available

Hey everyone, since I have been promoted into management my old position is now available. I have power over who is hired so let me know if you are interested. Here is the background:

The company is called Universal Underwriters and we are the nations largest and oldest insurance company for Auto Dealers, Motorcycle Dealers, Heavy Trucks and Equipment Dealers. We were started in 1922 by Ford and have been independent since then.

The position is Assistant Underwriter. Agreeing to relocate eventually is a must for this job because the job is really a year long training program to become an Underwriting Manager (and you WILL HAVE TO RELOCATE). Underwriting is really all about managing risk, deciding which risks to insure and at what price.

College degree is a must and no insurance experience needed. This job is absolutely perfect for a recent college graduate looking for a lifelong career. Pay is about $40,000/ year including full benefits from day one, 401k and 18 vacation/sick days per year.

If interested let me know and I will link you to the application process.

Ryan

Sorry to see you go Ryan Best of luck in your new position!

And also to add regarding some perks of working there...

Your S will always be in a parking garge (away from the elements).

Located right off 405 and in the heart of Irvine's best corporate park.

and last but not least...

I'm in the building next door so we can have lunches together!

Mike, what he means is that Lake Michigan may as well be an ocean. The cross winds bounce off the lake and are F@#$ing COOOOOOLD when they hit the city. Also the lake can cause some nasty weather patterns. But in the summer it goes off the hook!!

For all those who PM me, unfortunately it will be awhile to reply. I have the Long Beach Auto Dealers Association dinner tonight and I will be in Dallas all next week. I will reply if/when I can. It would definitely be worth your time to at least apply and interview.
