I don't have a formal writeup or anything, but if you or someone you know is interested in web design, web development, PHP programming, outside sales (in advertising) and account managment (even if you or they are currently employed) please let me know. Three areas of company are hiring: creative (my dept), programming and operations, and sales.

We're looking for good people, without overly specific guidlines about what people will be doing or specific resume requirements. The company is still pretty small at 18 people and needs employees who can learn quickly and branch out to cover multiple areas, rather than doing the same narrow set of tasks (think the final episode of the Apprentice but without all that crazy pressure). Management would likely be open to training for these positions.

Right now, we're all working from home but we expect to have to commute to Beverly Hills (Wilshire and Robertson) four days a week after February 2005.

If you are interested in web and graphic design and web development we could work (and park - damn those door dings) together!
