Job opening pre-alert
My group will be looking for a junior sales manager in short order. This is a job opening pre-alert for anyone who might be interested. I'm looking to train and groom a right hand person, some qualifications needed:
- outgoing
- self-starter
- able to work under extreme pressure
- quick learner
- get things done without me asking twice or more
- automatically report on all issues (don't wait for me to ask)
- able to travel extensively domestically and (eventually) internationally
- don't mind working long hours
The place I work for is a 22-year privately held company. As some of you may know our main business is office equipment, but we're also a leading designer and manufacturer of other electronic products.
I'm looking for a long term person to fill this position. It'll be fun, exciting but at the same time very challenging, sometimes boring, and sometimes very frustrating. Sales is an art, and unless you practice it you can't learn it.
Our company philosophy is this: Hard work + Contribution (to company bottom line) = Good bonuses & Job Security
