Default iPod Interface w/ Stock Stereo ?

So I've got the new ride, top down cruizin'. Life is GOOD.

Hmmm......I'd love to have my iPod plugged into the strereo (so the people around me know what bad taste of music I have).

Is there, or what is the best setup to input my iPod to the stock stereo?.

I saw the Monster iCruize at CES last year. That looked cool.

Website says is it'll work for 00-03, but doesn't mention 04-05 (although I bet there's no difference).

Anyone have one installed?

Any other methods of getting my poor choice of music thru the stock stereo?

TIA

There is a difference between the AP1 and AP2 stereos. Check Denison for their ipod adapter. They have one that works for 04+

I used....

http://www.densionusa.com/main.htm

took 10 minutes to pull face plate off radio..... and learn the wires back there
plugs into the CD changer

the olny hold back is..
if you want a song.... you have to slowly skip throught each one
by hitting FF one by one

S2KWLA, you coming to the Simi Starbucks tonight? Love to see the iNeo in action.

Just looked at their website and watched a video where the installed it in an S2000. Looked easy enough.

Thanks for the tips, everyone.

no, the neo ion works with the stock CD changer plug. If your aftermarket HU has rca outs, then you can just buy an adapter from Apple that hooks in but, since you already have an aftermarket HU, you might as well buy the adaptor made for the hu from the respective company, then you get full hu control over the ipod.
