It was done without the use of computer graphics. It took over 600 takes and a few months to get the shot needed. All parts used are Honda Accord parts.

Its done with weights. You can put lots of weight inside the tire on one side of the wheel, balance the heavy side to the top, tap the side, and it will make the wheel turn, and it may actually go up hill slightly depending on how much weight used.
