Gravity never goes uphill, but i'm sure you already know that.

Its done with weights. You can put lots of weight inside the tire on one side of the wheel, balance the heavy side to the top, tap the side, and it will make the wheel turn, and it may actually go up hill slightly depending on how much weight used.

hmm... interesting article. but i find it weird that 3 tires were waiting @ the slope. wouldn't those tires rolled down before being hit???
