Before reading the thread, I was thinking you're doing some crazy driving but 17mph at 3rd gear, going up ramp.... I'm not sure how you got spinned out.... tires tripped on BANANA skin???

oh yeah you need to change them tires. I run PS2s and I haven't spun out ever at such a low RPM. I have lost traction leaving carwashes because of the slick stuff they put on the tires to make them shiny.
