Default im the King of Spin outs

so this is my 3rd time spinning out in the s2k. i bought the car a little more then a year now.

so i just got my car washed at the local gas station. too lazy to do it myself b/c not too long after i washed it a couple a days ago the gardener kicked dirt all over my car with his weedwacker. so anyways i get on the onramp in 3rd gear going 17mph and my rear of the suddenly slides. it was like getting fish tailed by someone. but luckly nothing broke. so then i pointed my car back onto the right direction and headed home. =/

"3rd gear going 17mph"

Not to be an ass, but maybe your driving skills are not there. WHY would you be in 3rd gear @ 17 MPH?

i think u need new tires. plenty of times i would be going 35-40 ish on a on-ramp, my tires would be wet from sprinklers and it feels perfectly fine. also VSA doesnt kick in when i do it.

if the onramp was uphill you should be atleast in 2nd.. I'd usually still be in 1st at 17mph on an uphill.. Too low of rpms in certains gears, you'd be losing some miles per gallon..

you drive a s2 and you want to save gas? Seriously just because you are at a higher gear you do no always save gas. If you have to push the gas more to move the car you are going to be going slower and wasting more gas. 3rd gear 17mph is ridiculous, I can understand if you have a 5.1 final drive
