Default Illegal speed trap ticket, sue for lost wages?

A friend has multiple speeding ticket experiences and lots of visits with attorneys and the common speed trap loopholes. He recently encountered a ticket that he is fairly confident in being able to beat in court. He has a well paying job and to show up in court does not really make the hit in wage losses worth it. Is it possible to countersue or sue at a later time for lost wages, assuming he wins the speeding ticket case?

If spending time going to court was worth more than winning the ticket, he wouldn't fight the ticket.

If he could miraculously get the ticket dismissed AND a countersuit for wages, then it is.

Here's how UNFAIR the system is.

People getting paid:
*Judge
*DA
*Officers
*Jury

People not being paid:
*The accused

Win or lose, the accused still loses.

I have always felt that the neither the plaintiff or defendant should be paid for their time in court. Or the defendant should be paid for his time if he/she wins.

It's also in the courts interest for the defendant to be found guilty, After all it's those fines that pay the judge, DA and Officers wages.
