I dont think you answered this in your other posts but, the ticket did say speed contest or was it just for speeding? If it was for speed contest how come he didnt tow the vehicle then? In order for it to be a speed contest he needs radar evidence that you were exceeding the speed limit.

another question guys. a friend of mine suggested that i keep pushing the court date back and he said about the 3rd time the cop probably would not show. apparently he heard this from his friends dad who is a cop. is there any truth behind this?

HKS says that its 50 state legal.
i have one aswell, and its not really loud enough to hear from down the street

 

50 state legal means that it is smog legal (kinda dumb because it doesnt effect smog in anyway)

50 state legal doesnt mean sound legal..
