yep the cop was behind me the whole time. at the time i didnt think he did anything wrong, i just thought i was getting a ticket for my exhaust or something. btw anyone know if its illegal to have an aftermarket exhuast? anyways, the cop explained to me that he could only pull over one of us and he chose me. what a cool guy huh?

 

that blows man. what an unfortunate event. i agree with others. fight it. there's nothing you could lose by fighting it right? total injustice if you ask me.

btw, aren't you the one that bought my hks exhaust? sorry to hear that that gave you trouble as well. hope all works out though.

I just won my court case a few days ago. I was the only one in the whole courtroom to win.


FIGHT IT, you should win that. Make sure u get all the facts. Remember your looking for a reasonable doubt. Perhaps some records of engine problems.....perhaps your throttle cable was loose and someone at a shop will write an affidavit saying as it currently is it would not exceed speeds of 75mph for example. bla bla. Get it handled. Consider that if you can't hear your exhaust at that range like he said, then how likely is it he is wrong all together? Perhaps you need to test your exhaust sound. If that's proven in court then wouldn't there be a reasonable doubt he has the wrong car, or is just clearly full of shit?

As for exhaust. Find a nicer cop to just sign it off. It'll cost you 10 dollars in court. That was one of my 3 tickets i just won.

haha nah my friend bought the exhaust from you. i went along cuz i knew the area a lil. but ya this cop was a total dick about just everything. i think even he himself was hesitant to give me that bs ticket. i just hope he doesnt show up to court that day.
