Wow. Just go to the doctor. If you have to ask whether it is a problem or not, it probably is. The inconvenience of a doctor visit could save you a lot of hassle in the future and possibly your life. GL!

Angina normally is on exertion, out of breath situation. Angina goes not cause any numbness. Pretty young to have a valve problem. Get an EKG, that's the best.
