Default Hub bearing

Car says "wumpa, wumpa, wumpa" so I took it in. RR Hub bearing (?) is failing. Need a new one.

$390!

just griping, it's not money I was planning to have to spend...

I guess a few hundred bucks every so often isn't too much to ask for such a car at almost 100k miles.

but still...

I feel your pain. Had to do the same thing, but twice on right rear. All because I changed the bearing, but not the hub. Although, it didn't cost me as much, because I had a friend do it for me.

It could be the axle if it only does it under acceleration.

Do you have extended warranty? I believe it'll cover that

extended warranty was over like 25,000 mile ago

had it replaced, wumpa wumpa s gone, so I assume that means it wasn't the joints, axel, etc.
