odd.

except for waiting on the phone for 160 people...that parts normal. The fact that you even got on hold to be able to wait was lucky

Should I just plead guilty and request the fine to be lowered? This is my first ticket ever!
Pay the fine and do traffic school online so it stays off of your insurance record...

so if i go to traffic school, do I still pay the fine or how does that work? and should I go to traffic school BEFORE my court appearance date to make myself look like more of an earnest citizen?

but what should I say??? what's a valid excuse?
You can do it all online. You pay the fine, plus the traffic school fee, then you seperately pay for traffic school...After you complete traffic school, you send the forms in and the ticket stays off of your insurance.

I was thinking of extending my 90 mph ticket for thursday July 3rd (holiday weekend) at 3pm traffic hour ... And pray to god the cop doesnt show.. Then, if all goes well, pay the second ticket and do traffic school. Reasonable plan?? I think I'm just more worried about my record and insurance at this point.. argh..I'm trying to slow down but my life is so hectic four hours of sleep if I'm lucky.. And not to mentioned stress like a motherfu*ker cause I need my a's or else I won't get in to med school. And now I have to deal with two tickets!! I feel so godretarded.
i got my 1st ticket when i was 20. 90 in a 65. cop thought i was racing some truck. figured id eventually get one. a month afterwards, i get hit with another one goin the flow of traffic. n then 15 min later i get another one trying to merge on the freeway. i eventually end up taking an online traffic school, n a 12hr class. i kno i had 1 pt on my record. 18months cleared. been 2-3yrs n i get another one took online traffic school. it is stressful, but what in life isnt?

I found out that going 80 or even 85 shaved only an insignificant amount of time, so its not worth a 300+ ticket for about 8 minutes of your time.
