Like dwnshift said, it is based on your "conviction date" so whatever day you get your traffic school complete you have 18 months from that day.
you're allowed traffic school once every 18 months based on the date you GOT the ticket. Not when you clear it with traffic school if you're even allowed that option.

im trying to be a good boy after my last ticket and keeping it around 75 in a 65. I found out that going 80 or even 85 shaved only an insignificant amount of time, so its not worth a 300+ ticket for about 8 minutes of your time.

the word EXECUTION should give you a hint
along with STAY...as in NO CHANGE.
sorry man

I've had 7 tickets the past 2 years..... 15 total violations
only 1pt on the record though per year, 2 total.

That's life if you can't slow down.

as far as the time of offense for traffic school eligability.... im not sure that's correct.

I heard the judge specifically say AFTER.... " can i go to traffic school?" Judge: "has it been 18 months since your last offense?" "no" Judge: " gestures with open palms as in *well no then* ".

perhaps he didn't word it correctly idk.

.....hopefully not as in HOLD EXECUTION haha it turns out they're going to have to give you the death sentence.

I woulda assumed stay meant no change but, hey good to hear.

Odd that it'd be on hold though.... do you have another court date???? There must then be more to the story. I've yet to hear that in a traffic courtroom. Is there evidence that the state is waiting on? Perhaps a photo of you in violation, something along those kind of lines? If there is research to be done on the courts behalf or there is pending evidence I have heard in my own criminal trials the court reconvene at a later session. This may be a like-situation. Curious about what you were accused of violating......
