You can still be able to take traffic school again for the 2nd ticket. Before you pay again, you have to see the clerk in person this time and say something like "Yes I'm aware that I took traffic school within 18 months but I'm hoping you can make an exception and allow me to take it again." If the clerk makes you see the judge, just tell him the same thing. At this point, you've already admitted guilt and asking for traffic school again won't hurt.

Good luck.

lol that was quick.

sorry sorry.

well there are ways to fight this. basically you want to find out if the officer broke procedure. ie. (didnt pace right, didnt calibrate, etc)

i told I<3myap1 this. since you dont have school as an option.. might as well fight it if you can build a case.

its gonna depend on how much your willing to work to get it thrown out.

i got this 80 paged pdf i can send (if i can find it) or you can even buy a book in a bookstore that can show you how to build a case.

fight the power!

Thats up to the judge to allow you to take "level II" traffic school, that 12hr class isn't so bad, just a waste of a day but its like going to class all day haha.

Need to slow your roll, like you will learn in traffic school, your going to davea few minutes speeding. I've yet to get a speeding ticket ever, but I do have a illegal u-turn ticket which i committed in front a cop haha. Also got me for not signaling on a lane change...

Going down 190th in Redondo. Down a steep hill....I was really not speeding intentionally.....but cop "radared" me at 54 in a 35....he was off in a driveway.
Did not show me radar, but I did not ask. Only other car was a pickup coming out of a driveway, which I was about to slow down for...Dry, clear night. I felt I was driving a safe speed but I did not say that either.....

Ticket Assassin talks about calibration and road surveys...
