I have season tickets and keep all my football programs in perfect shape on our coffee table. Although I tried to protect it, the rain trashed my Notre Dame program. I called Sports Information and asked if there were someone I could talk to about getting a new one. The guy who answered the phone said "What's your name and address?" I told him and he said "Don't tell anyone I'm doing this, but I'll send you a new one." It came the next day in the mail. I was really impressed.
