ticket assasin worked for me. give it a shot, just use their templates and send a letter to court. u have nothing to lose by trying it.

my advice is to just appear in court and try to see if the chp officer doesnt show... call the number and make and extension...extend it as many days that it lets you..usually the cop puts a date in there that he knows he'll be in court or not on vacation.... then appear on the new date....95% of the time the cop is not there...done it 3 times..and its work...for me...dont know if it was luck..but it worked all three times.. did it on a 110 mph speeding ticket to vegas...had to get up at the but crack of dawn to bakersfield.... sucks

do what he said!!! Ive done the same thing. keep extending it as long as u can. by then the officer might not show up and the case will be dismmissed.

Try Ticketassissin first. If it doesn't work, you still have the option to fight the ticket in person at court. Which is where you'll extend it as suggested.

And if that doesn't work, I guess you'll have to start obeying the law after you go to traffic school.

You can go to your local law library and request the "NOLO PRESS BOOK How to beat a ticket in California" it

Im not 100% sure but I remember reading (back in the day) that the officer that pulls you over must also be the one giving you the ticket. He/She can not radio to another officer and say "Hey, ticket this guy, he was speeding."
