Default How to preserve Sharpie

I got my radio door signed as I'm sure a lot of you did as well. Any thoughts on how to protect it? I thought about hitting it with some clearcoat but I know Sharpie runs with certain chemicals...

I was going to clear coat mine. I don't think that it would run with the clear coat.

Thanks again for getting my radio door from the car from me Alvin

well...here is the situation regarding the radio doors:

AP1- the radio door is molded from black plastic
AP2- radio doors are finished in silver

i dunno if the clearcoat would eat away at the silver finish on the AP2 radio door.

anyone wanna volunteer a junked AP1 and AP2 radio doors for me to experiment on?

Wouldn't it take a while for it to get eaten away? How long do you intend on waiting?
