i give $100 to my friends' weddings.
a close friend, id give more, but none of my "close friends" have gotten married yet..... the first one coming up next week. so i guess ill figure something out by then :|

remember, assuming it's a nice wedding, they're shelling out $200 or so to feed you and have you at the party, so much less than $500 and they barely break even on you.

i just got married in may - 100.00 is cool. that, and your in the wedding should be more than enough. Say some kind words at the dinner/lunch table - support your friends all the way, that should be mnore than enough.
