as uguys might already know
my car was involved in an accident and insurance company sent me some papers to fill it out
and i have to mark one of these options
1.unrecovered total loss

2.constructive total loss

3.non repairable total loss

my car runs still fine and everything
so out of those three options my car needs to be belong to #2.......

but it says constructive total loss- a vehicle which is wrecked,destroyed or damaged so badly that the owner or insurance company considers it too costly to repair, the vehicle is not repaired by or for the person who owned the vehicle. A salvage certificate must be issued or this vehicle before a refund request will be processed

so am i gonna have salvage title ???
thing is front bumpre of my car is all scratched and didnt damage any mechanical things...... not even radiator.... just outside like soft top fenders are scratches and rims.....

i really wanna know cuz if i get salvage i wanna get a rid of my car
