How do you change HID Light bulbs?

How do you change HID Light bulbs?
Can anyone tell me how or where to open to change the bulb? I don't see it under the hood. Do I need to get behind the front tires or take off the bumber? Is it worth doin it myself?

don't go crazy on the plastic splash guard, they crack/tear if you fold them too close(well, at least the older plastic guard like mine will)

Damn!! I cracked the lining so I stopped. Didn't get to the light cover. I didn't wanna break anything else. Anyone know where i can get stuff installed.
