How much are you paying for rent at Costa Verde?

The lease on my current apartment is ending on June 15 and I'm thinking about finding a new apartment in the area..

Also I might need a new roommate if my current roommate decides to goto UCLA for summer school.

I'm paying $1370 for two bedroom, two bath in Oakwood right now.

Sorry about the confusion, I don't live at Costa Verde. I remember it being pretty expensive when I was looking for an apartment there last year, but it does have very nice facilities.
