Which Honda Dealership will help me?*UPDATED*
Long story short. Heard a louder than usual humming / whining sound. CEL came on, went to pepboys they found it throwing a P0411. Looked it up here on s2ki, found the air pump threads.
Spoke to Honda called the 1-800-999-1009, they informed me to call my local Honda Dealership. Spoke to the service manager Christina Ortiz, she explained its all up to the district manager for goodwills.
I fully understand they don't have to help me but sometimes we have to try. If anything this is just a rant... Unless someone does care.
I took it to Norm Reeves Honda. I left the car for several hours. Christina emailed the district manager, Jonah Rohde.
I did remove the bumper in order for them to wave the "diagnostic fee" which they did and I am grateful for.
Pictures will say the rest.

you may have to go to a different district than the one you went to to get another shot at it, although they may see in the main computer that you tried once before. it does not hurt to try.
