MAN! Same thing happened to me. But on my drivers door a few weeks ago at some random plaza in Covina. I was livid! Thank goodness for insurance. The shop replaced the whole door with a new one, though I didn't think the damage was really that bad.

Bummer, Jenn. You might look into getting a new door skin instead of the whole door. It'll cost you less if it has to come out of your pocket (no insurance claim route).
