probably not, but wouldn't help to check the small things too: maybe its your dust shield that got bent and is now in contact with the rotor?

This is actually what I suspected at first and did a brief visual check but I couldn't see some parts. But I don't see how it would cause the pads to not contact the rotor.

Dude i dont think you have drove a s2k without power steering its horrible my girlfriend cannot drive it

I've driven one, I agree it was a bit hard but remember for the track it's different because you're always moving along quick.

Where it sucks is a parking lot or having to parallel park.
