Thumbs down Help, Trying to get a free room at Vegas

Me and Cousin want to go to Vegas and want a free room! A few of our friends can get free rooms for having players cards, but i think it sucks that just cuz of a players card we cant get in.

Any info on how i can get a free room?

Thx in advance!!!

Go to the place you want to stay, sit down at the $25 minimum blackjack tables and start playing. They'll probably hook you up.

As a casino afficianado, I can tell you that you won't get a free room without having any history at a casino. Like EERock said, sit down at (at least) a $25 limit blackjack table for several hours (and get a casino card) and you might be able to score a free room on an off-night.

If you're looking for a free room on a weekend night, be prepared to either A) win several thousands of dollars, or B) lose several thousands of dollars and be very drunk.

An angle you could play is that you've been playing relatively high limit hands for several hours and have been drinking, but are too drunk to drive home and need a place to crash, you might get hooked up with the right pit boss.

If you're playing 5 bucks a hand and sipping Diet Coke, good luck. YMMV.

I used to be there a lot for work... so you get to know places/people... but it takes being there a lot to get hooked up, like everyone says...

if you're just lookin to save money, plenty of places have stuff cheap right now. You're not going to be in the room much anyway, so it never really matters where you sleep

I go to Vegas once a month for work and Vegas is hurting right now so rooms are pretty cheap. Once you get there, sign up for one of the Harrah's casinos players card (Harrah's, Flamingo, Bally's, Imperial Palace, Paris or Rio) they are by far one of the easiest for comps.
