Usually, you have to book West End 2-3 weeks in advance

Usually, how long is the whole process at West End? I heard one member had to wait 2+ hours and got frustrated and went somewhere else. This happened even though he had an appointment.

BTW, my car is lowered about "1 and I have the front OEM lip installed. Will it be a problem getting the car on the alignment platform?

I have always booked the first slot, so for me a 4 wheel alignment usually takes 1 hour. Oh, and be ready to sit in your car during the whole process. My car is lowered more than 2" and it's no problem there.
