Default Help me with shops, quick!

First-- I have already asked some of you this, but I need a shop... Somewhere that I can get a bumper painted and exhaust put on. I called the ones that some of the members have told me about, but they either are not getting back to me or not picking up. I need somewhere that uses GOOD (ppg?)paint!

Second-- Tell me some shops that can import Amuse/Mugen blah blah that kind of stuff, but OUT of the state...

Pweez help....
