find a new job first...then ask this question...
because i don't think you should or will quit a job without having one lined up.
and when you do find a new job, you will say "i found a new job that provides me an opportunity to ______, which is something i've always wanted to learn. thanks for the opportunity here."

sad thing is.....they get paid more than i do
that business oppurtunity thing might just work....it is similar to my white lie about the internship.....cept it probably be true. haha.
