When you flush your clutch fluid might as well flush the brakes since you have the fluid, car off the ground, and equipment already out.

are you trying to say dot/aftermarket brake fluid are subjected to more water absorbtion vs oem dot3 fluid?

the answer would be yes but your oem fluid still need to be changed because they too, absorb water in the air. i flush my every year.

Draining/changing differential fluid(piece of cake)
Draining/changing brake fluid(piece of cake)
Draining/changing clutch fluid(piece of cake)
Draining/changing transmission fluid(piece of cake)
Alignment(can't do this without the rack and laser)
Valve adjustment(make sure you know someone know the S, i did around 5-6 valve lash adjustment and they runs on the tigher side)
Greasing the convertible top seals so they don't dry out(easy, but you have to buy the ugea grease yourself)
Changing cabin filter(piece of cake)
Changing air filter(piece of cake)
Changing spark plugs(piece of cake)
Checking, Cleaning and Spraying 3m silicone spray on the CV and Steering Boots(piece of cake)

that should be a full day of work, make sure you have someone knowledgeable for our car.

That is, what transmission fluid is best?
-i used GMSMFM before, its good, but breaks down easy. i use the new formula honda MTF now.

What brake fluid should we use?
-any dot 3 is fine.

What spark plugs should I use?
-RTFM (jk) the denso platinium or NGK iridium are the OE replacements. I go with NGK coppers for my car, but im different like that.

What clutch, brake, differential fluid, etc.???????
-Clutch, any dot 3, just buy a big jug from part 2
- diff i use moblie 1 75w-90 gear oil.
GMSFM are good, the honda new MTF is not that level in terms of shifting quality.

dot 3 or 4, dont use dot5

iridium is a hit or miss, some owner reported poor gasmileage and 99 percents owner felt nothing in term of performance.

i wouldn't use copper plug myself(unless you are doing FI with colder range), the platinum plug last 105k which is only slightly more than copper plug if you throw those away at 30k.

Hey BC...

I've been looking for a good certified non-dealer honda tech.

909... well it's changed now 951 in my area.

Could you PM me some info of Supertech and others nearby if you know?

Thanks.
