One is the drive and one is the driven and they are both helical cut lol. It looks like 4th gear but I'm not realy familiar with that tranny. My advice is get ahold of a manual or the computer program "All Data"

@chairmnoftheboard the pic is of an s2000 tranny, not mine but same thing and from matching it to all data i think its 4th and 2nd but cant really tell and im afraid to buy the gears and end up being the wrong ones, thats why i posted to get more opinions.

@Zaakro i have no idea how many teeth due to the ones in my transmission are missing half the teeth

I told you what they are. 4th gear and countershaft. According to my S2000 book, the countershaft and gears you circled are all one piece.
