In most courts you can only get a payment option if the bail amount is $500 or over.

1. You need to fix your exhuast and Plates! They wont pass the ticket if you dont

2.Lol, i just got off the phone with Glendale for my ticket,

You do not have to pay now. You pay when you see the Judge.

3.You can NOT pay the ticket in a different court. I had to drive my ass to malibu once to pay a ticket lol

Agree ^ see if judge can lower fine or worst case theyll give you "X" amount of months to pay it off. Just make sure you dont miss a payment because thats what there hoping for so they can make u pay a higher fine for missing you agreed payment

Having modified exhaust is NOT illegal. As long as it's within the legal sound limit. The cop should use a db meter to measure this.

not sure if it's too late... but.. i've gotten a modified exhaust ticket (jdm 4-1 header, hfc, apexi n1 on a civic)... then a loud exhaust/modified emissions ticket a month after (jdm 4-1 header, hfc, RSR Ex Mag on the same civic)

the back of the ticket had a sticker that said something about going to the bureau of automotive repairs....

so, what i did was put the stock header and the stock cat back onto the car with the RSR, got it smogged and sound tested @ the BAR ref auto shop at fullerton college (came out 87.5dB)
took that information to the judge, the modified exhaust ticket was dismissed, and the loud exhaust ticket i had to pay a $10 court fee.

so, out of pocket expense was $10
but, a LOT of hours was spent to switching parts out and getting the sound test/smog check results.

This guys is correct. The reason why the cop signed it as a "non correctable" is because he wanted to be a$$ and send you to the ref and get it sound tested. So what you do is put your stock back on that includes header and whatever else you think is not smog legal and make an appoint to your nearest college that has a smog ref and get it signed off.
