Default Hardtop install

hey guys, how hard is it to adjust the hardtop during install? I just got mine from the dealer and going to try DIY this weekend. I'm looking at the PDF install guide and the adjusting diagrams are hazy and I can't make out what is what.

I did a search, didn't find too much info other then it can be done in an hour.

Anyone in socal installed their own hardtop would like to share any tips? Do's and Don'ts?

yes i recently installed mine myself. installing the hardware is easy, just do it step by step and it will be a breeze.

but adjusting the hardtop itself was a bitch to do, i still havent adjusted mine perfectly, but it will do for now.

here are some tips:
-use shin-etsu grease on the rubber on ur front windshield, and under ur hardtop's rear window.
-make sure u use 2 people to put the hardtop on, unless ur some kind of circus freak who is incredibly good at balancing heavy objects.

other than that, it should be easy.

I installed mine myself, and I didn't think the adjusting was that bad.
